VibedOrNot is a platform for discovering, sharing, and discussing vibe coding projects. By using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to follow all applicable laws.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

You keep ownership of the content you upload, including project descriptions, screenshots, links, and profile information.

By posting content on VibedOrNot, you give us permission to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the service.

You may not use the service to post unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content, including malware, spam, impersonation, or content that violates another person's rights.

You may not attempt to disrupt the platform, bypass security controls, scrape private data, or misuse votes, comments, or uploads to manipulate the community.

We may review, remove, restrict, or refuse content or accounts that we believe violate these terms, harm other users, or create legal or security risk for VibedOrNot.

We may also suspend or terminate access if needed to protect the service or comply with the law.

The service may include links to third-party websites, GitHub repositories, demos, or external tools. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

VibedOrNot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every project, user submission, or external link will be accurate, safe, or reliable.

Use the service and any linked projects at your own discretion.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, VibedOrNot and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Where the law does not allow certain limits, those limits apply only to the extent permitted.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
